We felt it was time to update you all about our agents and our office with our very first blog post.

While we’re pretty amazing at helping our clients buy & sell land properties (it’s in our name for a reason), we actually specialize in helping our clients with ALL of their real estate needs. We have an abundance of resources pertaining to real estate, renovations and everything else in between and we’re more than happy to share them with you.

Back Story

The Land Office, LLC was founded in 1990, Patti Barry and Robyn Baglow have owned  it since 2008. We’ve called Na’alehu in Kaʻū home for the past 25 years. We’ve been proud to service the Kaʻū district and have been the #1 real estate office in Kaʻū for 20 years running. The hawaiian way of life here is very family focused, where we all look after one another and support each other anyway we can. By working with us you become a part of our Ohana, (our extended family). We all call Kaʻū home and some have raised their families here as well. We know Kaʻū like it’s our own backyard because it is. We love it here so much that we want everyone to love it just as much as we do. Our clients are more than that; they become our friends and neighbors.  aPatti Barry
She’s a Co-Owner, Real Estate Broker and Principal Broker here at The Land Office. Patti was born and raised on the island of Lana’i and started her career as a Developers Broker in Hawaii Kai on the island of O’ahu. She has unprecedented experience helping buyers and sellers for 50 years in real estate with 22 years in Kaʻū. She fell in love with the ocean views and peaceful lifestyle of Kaʻū and can’t see herself wanting to live anywhere else. She has a vast knowledge of properties in Kaʻū and South Kona, specializing in General Brokerage, Commercial, Land Sales, and Business Sales. Robyn Baglow
She is the Co-Owner of The Land Office and ur rockstar, she is the Top Producing Agent in Kaʻū for the past 20 years, and was in the Hawaiʻi Business Top 100 Realtors in the State of Hawaiʻi for the number of transactions sold for 4 years in a row from 2014 to 2017. Born in Sydney, Australia but now a proud American, her first career was as a nurse, RN, OB/GYN  in both Australia and the UK and then from 1970 sailing on a small yacht in the South Pacific and was in the yachting/hotel hospitality business in the Marshall Islands, the Kingdom of Tonga and Samoa. Arrived on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaiʻi in 1995 and found that her background helped to become a happy Realtor, successfully helping both Buyers and Sellers specializing in Kaʻū and South Kona. You can read more about her and contact her here.

Julie Enriques
​Julie is a Local Leader and Top Producing Broker in Sales and Listings as well as the Broker in Charge for the Property Management Division. Julie has been in the industry since 1993 and has extensive experience with properties in the Kaʻū, Kona and Southern Region of the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. Nancy J. Stafford
She is a Hawaiʻi licensed real estate sales associate with us, as well as a paralegal and a Hawaiʻi commissioned Notary Public. She has worked in some aspect of real estate and mortgage lending since 1980, both in Hawaiʻi and on the mainland, and has been a Notary Public signing agent since 1999. You can read more about her and contact her here.
